TERRA Terra Networks Venezuela Office build-out I The media and internet Company Terra Networks decided to move offices to a different location in Caracas . S4biz was contracted to manage a turn-key project starting with a market research for optimal office space based on business requirements and contractual framework needs, design, ordering and provision of furniture and modular workstations, electrical, construction, networking, graphical design, multimedia, among others. The project included the physical move of assets as well including coordination with all parties involved, vendors, and Internet Service Providers to relocate or request new services in case by case basis. The project delivered a fully functional office with higher capabilities and flexibility than the original location for approx 50 users and completed in a 6 week period, on time, and within budget.
Terra Networks Venezuela Office build-out II Because of the great experience with the previous move, Terra networks Venezuela decided to contract S4B's services again for a second move project. The scope was similar even though under more constrained budget and timing conditions. Justification to regional offices and controller units was required before even an initial budget was approved. The client did not count with an initial budget so s4biz also worked with the client, as a partner, to develop and adjust the required budget and focus on what was really important for Terra Networks. S4B understood business drivers and supported the process at all times until final approval occurred and the project was executed. The work was completed once again within budget and time constrains.
